On July 26, 2024, we held the "Love Living Exhibition" at the main entrance of Tai Po Hospital. The exhibition aimed to promote the Love Living 2.0 website, focusing on life restructuring and achieving balance. Through the recovery stories, patients’products, and interactive activities, the exhibition introduced the Love Living 2.0 website and encouraged participants to explore their ideal lifestyles. The website offers professional information and practical tools to help users design a healthy and fulfilling life. The exhibition showcased the recovery stories, demonstrating how individuals regain their health by changing their lifestyles. An interactive segment featured DIY ema boards, allowing participants to describe their ideal lives. The Love Living 2.0 website and the exhibition complemented each other, inspiring participants to reflect on and practice better lifestyles, working together towards life balance and their ideal lives.
